You may be contacting me because I illustrated the 2012 elementary level identity materials for the Cooperative Summer Library Program (CSLP). I have had a large increase in requests to visit libraries as a result, and need to let you know:

• I live in Massachusetts. So if you’re far enough from me to necessitate plane travel, please take flight and lodgings costs into account, as well as the honorarium, before contacting me.

• When I need to travel, I try to find additional speaking opportunities where I’ll be visiting. A single day on the West Coast actually involves three days of my time. If you know of schools or other opportunities near you which may also be interested in a visit, it makes it more likely that I’ll be able to accommodate your request.
